Talk Therapy

Choose to have a traditional therapy session where you can choose to meet in the office, outdoors, or virtually to have a pressure-free and relaxing session to sit and talk.

Hiking

Pair your session with a light walk, jog or hike at your own pace. This is an activity that is comfortable for most. It may be simply, but it compliments talk therapy perfectly.

Biking

Choose to have your session while on two wheels and at a pace that is comfortable for you. This activity allows you to see a significant amount of outdoors. When paired with talk therapy, you will proudly leave session feeling an immense sense of accomplishment.

Bikes can be provided by ATC or you can choose to bring your own.

Kayaking

Enjoy the serene experience of floating around a lake during your session at your own pace. This activity by itself is a grounding and peaceful experience and when paired with talk therapy can be very powerful!

Kayaks and safety equipment are provided by ATC.
